Biography 

        Harpist Leslie Stratton Norris performs regularly as the Principal Harpist with
the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra in Dayton, Ohio.  She also performs numerous
solo recitals and concerts for arts organizations and churches throughout the Pacific
Northwest and Midwest.  Originally from Worthington, Ohio,  Leslie makes
her home high in the hills above beautiful Lake Coeur d' Alene in Northern Idaho.

        Leslie's programs offer a wide variety of music.  Classically educated, Leslie
enjoys performing all styles within the classical realm.  An avid music arranger,
Leslie also presents a variety of familiar pop and jazz pieces to her audience when
appropriate.  Audiences are delighted by learning about the harp, and hearing the
wide range of music Leslie performs.

       Church music is also important in Leslie's life.  She performs extensively for
churches and provides a wide range of Christian favorites to listeners.  Leslie offers
a concert of music, scripture reading and prayer with the goal of worshiping and
praising God.   Her harp music ministry concerts have been enjoyed by thousands of
listeners in churches nationwide.

       Leslie's credits include numerous performances on TV and movie scores, MUZAK,
theater productions, album projects and work with orchestras across the country including
the Ohio Chamber Orchestra, Cleveland Ballet and Opera, The Los Angeles Philharmonic, Pacific Symphony, Opera Pacifica, Boise Philharmonic, Spokane Symphony, Missoula Symphony and numerous others.
